Our heritage stems back as a grower-owned cooperative built by farmers in the early 1990s. Over 1100 third and fourth generation durum wheat farm families invested and built a state-of-the-art integrated durum mill and pasta processing facility. In 1998, production capabilities expanded with the acquisition of Primo Piatto. Today, we are the third largest pasta manufacturer in North America with leadership positions in private label retail, foodservice and ingredient channels. Dakota Growers is a wholly owned subsidiary of Post Holdings.
